Prenatal Care
As your birthing doula, I provide two prenatal visits ranging from 35-37 weeks gestation. The focus is to assist you/partner prepare for labor and birth. This ranges from discussing birth plans, offering comfort techniques and addressing any fears or concerns of the upcoming birth of your newest addition to your family.
Home Births
For clients seeking a more natural and intimate birthing experience, I support home birth services. I am trained to handle any situation that may arise during delivery while providing emotional support every step of the way.
Postpartum Support
The postpartum period can be a challenging time for new parents. As your birthing doula, I offer immediate postpartum support, and a two-week post delivery postpartum visit within my service package. Ths service is to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood. From breastfeeding guidance to emotional support, I am here to help you every step of the way.
Water Births
Water births are a safe and relaxing way to bring your baby into the world. As a certified birthing doula, I can help make this dream a reality for you by assisting the support of your birth plan. With my support, I desire that you can experience the benefits of a warm water immersion during labor and delivery.
Childbirth Education, Pregnancy & Birth Meditations, Prepared Feeding Add Ons
Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to childbirth preparation; Physically. And lets not forget about breastfeeding preparation, knowing what to expect and understanding the journey of lactation and nursing your infant.
